Common use of After Hours Service Clause in Contracts

After Hours Service. Throughout the Lease Term, Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with HVAC service during nonbusiness hours upon reasonable advance verbal notice. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its actual cost to provide such after-hour service within thirty (30) days of Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice. If more than one tenant directly benefits from the after-hour services, then the cost shall be allocated proportionately between or among the benefiting tenants based upon the amount of time each tenant benefits and the square footage each lease.
