After Hours Service. Councils After Hours Service number is (▇▇) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. This number can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to contact Council for any issues that require immediate action. User Groups should not undertake or arrange for any emergency works. Should a User Group repair or arrange for emergency repairs themselves those cost will be not reimbursed to the Club. User Groups also face the risk of further charges for Council contractors to make good for any repairs not up to Council standards. No work of any kind is to be undertaken on Council facilities without written consent of Council. This includes any building modifications, additions, installation of equipment or other items. If any unauthorised works take place, Clubs may be responsible for costs associated with Council removing or making safe. Applications for any works to take place must be sent through to Community Sport.
