After-Hours Charges. For the convenience of our patients, and at the request of various insurance companies, Delaware Pediatrics offers after-hours appointments Monday through Thursday from 5pm-7:30pm. Some insurance companies may charge an additional fee for “after-hours” visits as well as Saturday morning visits. Please check with your health insurance company for details regarding your coverage.
After-Hours Charges. During non-business hours Landlord shall keep the public areas of the Building and Project lighted and shall provide elevator service with at least (1) elevator, but shall not be obligated to furnish HVAC to the Premises. If Tenant requires HVAC during non-business hours, Tenant shall give Landlord at least twenty-four (24) hours prior notice of such requirement or shall follow such other procedure for activating the building energy management system as Landlord may advise Tenant, and Tenant shall pay Landlord for such extra service at Landlord's standard rates. Such rates are subject to increase from time to time based on increase in Landlord's costs associated with providing such extra services. All payments required for such charges shall be deemed to be additional rent and Landlord shall have the same remedies for a default in payment thereof as for a default in payment of rent. If the Building is designed for individual tenant operation of the HVAC, Tenant agrees to pay the cost of operating the HVAC at any time other than the schedule of hours for providing the same set forth above, which cost may include the operation of the HVAC for space located outside the Premises when such space is serviced concurrently with the operation of the HVAC for the benefit of the Premises.
After-Hours Charges. After-Hours HVAC Charges payable by Tenant shall be subject to change during the Term of the Lease, but are initially set at $20.00 per hour
After-Hours Charges. All payment required for After-Hours Charges shall be deemed to be Additional Rent and Landlord shall have the same remedies for a default in payment thereof as for a default in payment of Rent.
After-Hours Charges. Customer agrees to pay additional charges according to the Motorola Fee Schedule for all work required by Customer and performed outside of Coverage Hours. These charges are applicable for any work performed outside of the Coverage Hours, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE, even if the requested work was reported and/or initiated during normal Coverage Hours.
After-Hours Charges. The charges for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (“HVAC”) service and electrical usage, outside of normal Building operating hours shall initially be as follows: HVAC - Eighteen Dollars ($18.00) per hour, Electricity - six Dollars ($6.00) per hour. Landlord reserves the right to increase these charges from time to time to reflect increases in the cost to Landlord of providing such HVAC services and electricity.
