AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES. (this clause is applicable to all contracts of or exceeding $15,000 unless exempted by the rules, regulations or orders of the Secretary of Labor) The Contractor agrees to be bound by and to comply with the terms and conditions of the clause entitled "Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities (OCT 2010)," which is contained in Section 52.222-36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (section 52.222-36 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations), including the requirement to include such terms and conditions in nonexempt subcontracts. The Contractor agrees to comply with the rules, regulations and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor issued under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 793, as amended).

COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (this clause is applicable to all contracts) The Contractor agrees to be bound by and to comply with the terms and conditions of the clause entitled "Combating Trafficking in Persons (FEB 2009)," which is contained in Section 52.222-50 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (section 52.222-50 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations), including the requirement to include such terms and conditions in all subcontracts.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES. (June 1998) Regarding any position for which the employee or applicant for employment is qualified, the Subcontractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of physical or mental disability. 48 C.F.R. Section 52.222-37 [Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and other Eligible Veterans (Dec 2001)]. The Subcontractor shall report at least annually by job category and hiring location on the number of special disabled veterans, the number of veterans of the Vietnam era, and other eligible veterans in the workforce of the Subcontractor the total number of new employees hired during the period covered by the report, and of the total, the number of special disabled veterans, the number of veterans of the Vietnam era, and the number of other eligible veterans, and the maximum number and the minimum number of employees of the Subcontractor during the period covered by the report. 48 C.F.R. Section 52.222-38 [Compliance with Veterans’ Employment Reporting Requirements (Dec 2001)]. By submission of its offer, the offeror represents that, if it is subject to the reporting requirements of 38 U.S.C. 4212(d).
