Common use of Affirmation and Consent Clause in Contracts

Affirmation and Consent. Each of the Loan Parties confirms that it has received a copy of this Fourth Amendment and restates, ratifies and reaffirms each and every term and condition set forth in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party, effective as of the date hereof, after giving effect to this Fourth Amendment.
