Affiliation Agreement. RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York hereby authorizes the General Counsel to execute affiliation agreements on behalf of Bronx Community College with the hospitals and agencies listed below. These hospitals and agencies will provide appropriate clinical experience for students to meet the requirements of the Radiologic Technology Associate in Applied Science Program. Neither party to any of these agreements is obligated to pay any monetary consideration to the other. Each agreement is for a two-year period and shall include up to two two-year options for the College to renew in its best interest. The agreements shall be subject to approval as to form by the University Office of the General Counsel
Affiliation Agreement. The agreement between the Network Administrator and an entity owning, controlling, or managing a Resort or Inventory provider, to offer participation in the Network.

Affiliation Agreement. The Sponsoring Institution retains responsibility for the quality of GME, including when resident education occurs in other sites. The Sponsoring Institution along with the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) is responsible for the review and approval of additions and deletions of each of its ACGME-accredited programs’ participating sites. Any affiliation agreement, educational and/or financial, that outlines the responsibilities between the Sponsoring Institution and a participating site’s institution and/or between a program and a participating site’s institution should be reviewed by the Associate Xxxx for Graduate Medical Education.
Affiliation Agreement. An agreement between the College and an external agency that delineates responsibilities between the two parties when students are place in clinical settings or internships with the external agency. No financial remuneration can be included in an affiliation agreement.
Affiliation Agreement. Borrower and Satellite Services, Inc. shall --------------------- have entered into an affiliation agreement (or an amendment to the affiliation agreement currently in effect) providing, among other things, for the inclusion of Borrower's music services in the digital cable television services offered by Lender's Affiliates.
