Common use of Affiliate Contracts Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Contracts. Except for Contracts and relationships contemplated by the Transition Agreement, no Bison Subsidiary shall enter into any Contract with Parent or any of its Subsidiaries other than (i) Contracts containing commercially reasonable terms for Contracts between unrelated parties or (ii) Contracts which do not contain obligations to receive or deliver products or services after February 1, 2002. Neither Parent nor any of its Subsidiaries shall modify any Contract existing on the date hereof between a Bison Subsidiary and Parent or one of the Non-Bison Subsidiaries in a manner which would involve the addition of terms or conditions which would not be commercially reasonable for Contracts between unrelated parties.
