AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. Lithium Hosting, llc reserves the right to disqualify an affiliate account or commission for any reason at any time. Affiliate commissions are made on the 1st of the month. All new commissions must go through a maturation period of 3 months. Commissions made on the 1st of the month are a recurring percentage of the referral monthly rate. Payouts will be granted once a month at maximum, provided that your account's affiliate balance exceeds $50. Smaller payouts will not be made. Affiliate commission payouts can only be posted as an account credit to be used to purchase Lithium Hosting, llc services or pay for existing services. We no longer issue payouts via check or PayPal.
AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. The Company shall fail to collect any account receivable from any Affiliate of the Company within ten (10) Business Days after such account receivable arises.
AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. All intercompany accounts among Seller, Seller's Affiliate and their Affiliates.

AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. Immediately prior to the Closing, all liabilities (other than any liabilities created by this Agreement, the agreements contemplated hereby or to the extent accrued for as a current liability in the Closing Working Capital (as finally determined pursuant to Section 2.6)) owed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to any Common Equity Holder or any of such Common Equity Holder’s Affiliates or to the Company or any Subsidiary shall be, to the extent not included as Indebtedness or Company Expenses and deducted from the Merger Consideration pursuant to Section 2.1(d)(iii), canceled without payment, in full and complete satisfaction of such liabilities.
AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. Permit any Accounts owing to any ------------------ Borrower from any Affiliate to be payable on terms which would not allow such Borrower to demand payment upon the occurrence of a default or permit the aggregate amount of all Accounts owing from its Affiliates at any time to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) unless a Default has occurred in which case such Borrower shall permit no Accounts to be owing from its Affiliates;
AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. FW shall have received evidence satisfactory to it that any debts, except those set forth on Schedule 7.12, owed by a Subject Company to any affiliate, officer, director or employee of Seller or another Subject Company have been satisfied, and that any affiliate, officer or employee of Seller in respect of the Power Generation Business, or any Subject Company has satisfied any and all indebtedness owed by any of them to Seller or such Subject Company.
AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS. On or prior to the Closing Date, all amounts owing and outstanding by the Company to the Members or any of their Affiliates shall be cancelled.
