AEGIS Technology. Subject to the rights and licenses specified in this License Agreement, AEGIS shall solely own all right, title, and interest in the AEGIS Data, AEGIS Inventions, AEGIS Know-How Rights, and AEGIS Patent Rights.

AEGIS Technology. AEGIS hereby grants to OPIANT an exclusive (even as against AEGIS except for use pursuant to and in accordance with the Supply Agreement), sublicensable (as set forth in Section 3.2), worldwide, license, under the AEGIS Technology, to Exploit Compound(s) and Product(s) in the Field (the “License”).
AEGIS Technology. AEGIS hereby grants to ARS an exclusive (even as against AEGIS except for use pursuant to and in accordance with the Supply Agreement), sublicensable (as set forth in Section 3.2), worldwide license, under the AEGIS Technology, to Exploit Compound(s) and Product(s) in the Field.
AEGIS Technology. Aegis hereby grants to Biodel an exclusive (even as against Aegis except for use pursuant to the Supply Agreement), sublicensable (as set forth in Section 3.2), worldwide license under the Aegis Technology to Exploit the Products and the exclusive right to negotiate additional licenses as described under Section 3.7 of this Agreement.
AEGIS Technology. 6.1.1 Aegis shall solely own all right title and interest in the Aegis Data and the Aegis Technology (including any Aegis Invention conceived or reduced to practice by Aegis or Biodel in the course of performing this Agreement, the Prior Agreements, the Work Plan, any Statement of Work, or the Development Plan) and all patent rights and other intellectual property rights therein. All Aegis Technology that does not fall within the scope of a Confidentiality Exception shall be Confidential Information of Aegis.
AEGIS Technology. Aegis hereby grants to Neurelis an exclusive (even as against Aegis except for use pursuant to and in accordance with the Supply Agreement), sublicensable (as set forth in Section 3.2), worldwide license, under the Aegis Technology, to Exploit Compound(s) and Product(s) in the Field.

  • Licensed Technology The term “Licensed Technology” shall mean the Licensed Patent Rights, Licensed Know-How and Licensed Biological Materials.

  • Third Party Technology Customer is hereby notified that third parties have licensed certain technology to Company, which is contained in the Software. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Customer hereby consents to the disclosure of Customer’s identity, and such other terms of this Agreement as necessary, to such third party licensors for the purpose of enabling Company to comply with the terms and conditions of such third party licenses. Any such Customer information will be provided pursuant to an obligation of confidentiality and nondisclosure at least as stringent as that imposed by this Agreement.

  • Background IP Each Party will own all right, title and interest in its Background IP.

  • Patent Rights The State and the U. S. Department of Transportation shall have the royalty free, nonexclusive and irrevocable right to use and to authorize others to use any patents developed by the Engineer under this contract.

  • Foreground IP This subparagraph d. shall not apply to unmodified commercial off‐the‐shelf goods. If Services or goods are developed, modified or redesigned pursuant to this Contract then the paragraphs below apply.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - INVENTION AND PATENT RIGHTS Unless otherwise agreed upon by NASA and AFRL, custody and administration of inventions made (conceived or first actually reduced to practice) under this IAA will remain with the respective inventing Party. In the event an invention is made jointly by employees of the Parties (including by employees of a Party's contractors or subcontractors for which the U.S. Government has ownership), the Parties will consult and agree as to future actions toward establishment of patent protection for the invention.
