Advisory Notice Sample Clauses

An Advisory Notice clause serves to formally inform one party of an issue, concern, or potential breach under a contract without constituting a formal notice of default or termination. Typically, this clause outlines the process for issuing such notices, including who may send them, the method of delivery, and the types of matters that warrant an advisory notice, such as minor non-compliance or emerging risks. Its core function is to facilitate early communication and resolution of issues before they escalate, promoting transparency and giving parties an opportunity to address concerns proactively.
