Advisory Members Clause Samples

Advisory Members. The Steering Committee shall, when it determines it to be appropriate, appoint advisory members of the Steering Committee. Without limitation, the advisory members may possess special expertise on a matter of concern to the Consortium, regulatory concerns, or represent particular geographic locations or patient groups. The advisory members shall serve for such period requested by the Steering Committee, shall have no vote but may be requested to attend meetings of the Steering Committee when their attendance will assist the Steering Committee in considering particular issues.
Advisory Members. There shall be at least six (6) advisory members of the Statewide Committee who shall not be entitled to vote. The advisory member shall consist of a representative to be selected by each of the following organizations: (i) the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; (ii) the Minnesota Department of Health; (iii) Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management; (iv) the Association of Minnesota Emergency Managers; (v) the Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association; and (vi) the League of Minnesota Cities. The voting members of the Statewide Committee may change the number or composition of the advisory members in accordance with its bylaws. The terms of the advisory members shall be established by the bylaws of the Statewide Committee.
Advisory Members. The Board of Directors, at its discretion, may offer Advisory member status to persons, businesses or agencies located, residing or doing business in the County. Advisory members shall be accorded full participation in the CCCTB, except they may not make or second motions, vote on motions or serve as officers, and their presence at a meeting of the Board of Directors does not count in determining the presence of a quorum.
Advisory Members. The Task Force may, from time to time, seek the advice and counsel of regulatory or special interest agencies, which agencies may serve as Advisory Members to the Task Force. Such Advisory Members shall have no obligation to provide funding and have no voting privileges. The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa ▇▇▇ Region, is hereby appointed as an Advisory Member of the Task Force. Additional Advisory Members may be appointed by a majority vote of the Task Force representatives.
Advisory Members. An Advisory Member of the CMRTA may appoint one advisory director (“Advisory Director”) to the Board. Advisory Director shall be non-voting and not included when determining the presence of a quorum.
