Common use of Advice and Recommendations Clause in Contracts

Advice and Recommendations. The services to be provided under this Agreement may include advice and recommendations for the benefit of the Authority, COR3 and/or the Government of Puerto Rico, but the Consultant will not make any decisions on behalf of the Authority, COR3 or the Government of Puerto Rico in connection with the implementation of such advice and recommendations.
