ADVERTISING OF SOLICITATION. ‌ 3.1. As required by law, Sourcewell must advertise this solicitation. It will be posted on Sourcewell’s website, and posted to other third party websites deemed appropriate by Sourcewell. This advertisement is also submitted for posting at individual state levels. 3.2. In addition, Sourcewell shall advertise in one or more publications distributed in the geographic area, including, but not limited to, newspapers and other publications consistent with state law regarding notice of this invitation for bid.
