ADVERTISING AND SIGNAGE. Tenant will not post, place, or in any manner display any sign, inscription, notice, picture, placard or poster, or any advertising material whatsoever anywhere in or about the Project at places visible from anywhere outside the Leased Premises without first obtaining Landlord's written consent. Tenant, however, will be specifically entitled to: (i) a reasonable amount of space for its name on the door as signage for the leased premises; and (ii) a reasonable amount of space on any building directory that may be located on the Project.

ADVERTISING AND SIGNAGE. Unless expressly permitted by Landlord, such permission not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, no signage, advertising or other lettering shall be affixed to any part of the Building, inside or outside. Landlord reserves the right to remove any unapproved signage or lettering without notice to Tenant.
ADVERTISING AND SIGNAGE. All advertising and signage for the event(s) will be the responsibility of and paid for by USER. All proposed advertisements and signage must be reviewed by USA's Athletic Director or designee prior to posting, publication, or broadcast. USA has the right to disapprove any proposed advertisement or signage that it deems to be contrary to or in conflict with its interests. USER understands that it is not allowed to use any USA logo without written permission of USA.
ADVERTISING AND SIGNAGE. All advertising, signs, placards or other promotional events proposed to be posted, shown or exhibited by Tenant in or upon the Premises and all additional outside advertising (including, without limitation, television, radio and print advertising) which mentions Landlord or the Hotel, shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant shall not advertise at the Premises any other premises owned or operated by Tenant without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant acknowledges that the Premises may be designated by a particular suite number. In such event, Tenant agrees to include and use such suite number on all of its stationary, correspondence, sales receipts and advertisements as part of its address. Tenant agrees to forthwith remove or cease any such advertising, sign, placard or exhibit which in the reasonable judgment of Landlord is deemed to be objectionable or inconsistent with the decor or policies of Landlord in the operation of the Hotel. Tenant shall also refrain from any advertising which is so objectionable, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, as to result in embarrassment to Landlord, loss of goodwill or damage to the reputation of the Hotel. None of Tenant's signs, placards or advertising shall be exhibited outside of the Premises or in the lobby or any other part of the Hotel without Landlord's prior written consent. However, Landlord shall permit outside advertising consistent in tone and content with that allowed to other restaurants in the Hotel upon the same terms as are required of such other restaurants. At no time during the Term of this Lease nor for a period of six (6) months after its termination shall Tenant place or cause to be placed, whether on or off the Premises, any window card, sign or other advertising, including newspaper adds, which recites that Tenant has lost its lease, is going out of business or is vacating the Premises. Landlord shall provide reasonable directional signage within the Hotel to assist customers in locating the Premises.
ADVERTISING AND SIGNAGE. During the term of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, at its sole expense, to place in or on the Leased Premises a sign or signs identifying itself. Said sign or signs shall be of a size, shape and design, and at a location or locations, approved in writing by the Airport Manager, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall remove, at its expense, all lettering, signs and placards so erected on the Leased Premises at the Termination or Expiration Date of this Lease. The approval by the Airport Manager is required in addition to approvals required by any other official, agency, department or board under local, state or federal ordinances or laws, including but not limited to the Lebanon code office and its zoning and planning boards or departments. Such additional approvals required are beyond the control of the Airport Manager.
ADVERTISING AND SIGNAGE. 8.1. The Municipality must approve any Lessee physical signage or advertising within the Davidson Centre and the Tiverton & District Sports Complex relative to the concession operations.
