Common use of Adverse Claim Clause in Contracts

Adverse Claim. (A) Any Person shall obtain an Adverse Claim upon the Pool Receivables or Collections with respect thereto other than Permitted Liens, (B) any Person other than the Seller, the Servicer or the 740811803 17540157 Administrator shall obtain any rights or direct any action with respect to any Lock-Box Account (or related Lock-Box) or (C) any Obligor shall receive any change in payment instructions with respect to Pool Receivable(s) from a Person other than the Servicer or the Administrator.

Adverse Claim. (A) Any Person shall obtain an Adverse Claim upon the Pool Receivables or Collections with respect thereto other than Permitted Liensthereto, (B) any Person other than the Seller, the Servicer or the 740811803 17540157 Administrator shall obtain any rights or direct any action with respect to any Lock-Box Account (or related Lock-Box) or (C) any Obligor shall receive any change in payment instructions with respect to Pool Receivable(s) from a Person other than the Servicer or the Administrator.

(A) Any Person shall obtain an Adverse Claim (other than a Permitted Adverse Claim) upon the Pool Receivables or Collections with respect thereto other than Permitted Liensthereto, (B) any Person other than the Seller, the Servicer or the 740811803 17540157 Administrator shall obtain any rights or direct any action with respect to any Lock-Box Account (or related Locklock-Boxbox or post office box) or (C) any Obligor shall receive any change in payment instructions with respect to Pool Receivable(s) from a Person other than the Servicer or the Administrator.

Adverse Claim. (A) Any Person shall obtain an Adverse Claim Claim, other than a Permitted Adverse Claim, upon the Pool Receivables or Collections with respect thereto other than Permitted Liensthereto, (B) any Person other than the Sellereach Borrower, the each Servicer or the 740811803 17540157 Administrator shall obtain any rights or direct any action with respect to any Lock-Box Account (or related Locklock-Boxbox or post office box) or (C) any Obligor shall receive any change in payment instructions with respect to any Pool Receivable(s) from a Person other than the Servicer any Servicer, CB, any Originator or the Administrator.
