Advanced Payment. Water Code section 10551 authorizes advanced payment by the State for projects included and implemented in an applicable Integrated Regional Water Management Plan, and when the project proponent is a nonprofit organization; a disadvantaged community (DAC); or the project benefits a DAC. If a project is awarded less than $1,000,000 in grant funds, the project proponent may receive an advanced payment of fifty (50) percent of the grant award; the remaining fifty (50) percent of the grant award will be reimbursed in arrears after the advanced funds of a budget category have been fully expended. Within ninety (90) calendar days of execution of the Grant Agreement, the Grantee may provide the State an Advanced Payment Request. Advanced Payment Requests received ninety-one (91) calendar days after the execution of this Agreement will not be eligible to receive an advanced payment. The Advanced Payment Request shall contain the following:

Advanced Payment. The Company has an option of having the Investor make an advanced payment of $ 100,000,000 for the Second Tranche Purchase Price as set forth in this clause (c). If the Company elects that option, then it will be required to so by written notice to the Investor (the “Advanced Payment Notice”), whereupon the Investor agrees that it will pay to the Company such advanced payment for the Second Tranche Purchase Price within nine (9) Business Days following its receipt of such Advanced Payment Notice. On the date of the Second Closing, the Company shall pay $1,250,000 as interest, which interest shall be payable in cash without set-off against the Second Tranche Purchase Price. The forms and substance of the advanced payment will be agreed upon by the parties, working in good faith together to have a document that memorializes the parties’ understanding in this regard.
Advanced Payment. (1) In order that the Lessors may perform the Construction smoothly, the Lessee shall, subject to Article 9, pay 600 million Won of the security deposit under the Lease Agreement to the Lessors as advanced payment, of which 300 million Won shall be paid on May ___, 2005 and 300 million Won shall be paid on July 1, 2005.
Advanced Payment. Water Code section 13198.4(c) authorizes advanced payment by the State for grantees that demonstrate a cash flow issues. A project may receive an advanced payment of twenty-five
Advanced Payment. The Buyer agrees to pay RMB*** as Advance Payment, of which the interest shall not be calculated and the Seller shall own all the interest herein. Unless otherwise stipulates in the context of this Agreement, the Advance Payment is unrefundable, and irrevocable. The term of paying the Advance Payment shall be the same as the term stipulated in Exhibit B. Unless otherwise specified in Exhibit B of this Agreement, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that: once affixing to this Agreement, the Seller shall not be responsible to return all or part of the Advance Payment to the Buyer in any case. The Advance Payment shall be deducted for Payment to Products only in situations specified in this Agreement. The Parties herein explicitly agree that: the Buyer is entitled to deduct *** of the Advance Payment as Payment to Products from *** up to the date that the total amount of the Advance Payment is thoroughly deducted. If the Advance Payment is deducted as liquidated damages or compensation for any losses due to the Buyer’s breach of contract, the deduction as the Payment of the Products shall be commenced only after the deduction of the liquidated damages or compensation for any losses. The Seller shall return the residual amount of the Advance Payment to the Buyer within *** after its performance of this Agreement finished or sooner cancellation or termination of this Agreement because of the breach by the Buyer or the Seller, excluding the events that the Buyer materially breaches this Agreement. If the Buyer breaches the Agreement, the Seller shall have right to deduct relevant liquidated damages or loss compensation from the Advance Payment, and request the Buyer to pay an amount equals to the deduction to recovery the amount of guarantee, non-performance of which shall be deemed as a breach of this Agreement and the Seller shall be responsible to assume the liability pursuant to Clause 8.3 of this Agreement.

Advanced Payment. All Local Project Sponsors have declined Advanced Payment. As such, this option will not be available as a payment method under this grant program.
