Common use of Advance Fee Clause in Contracts

Advance Fee. On each Closing, the Company shall pay to the Investor the Advance Fee with respect to the applicable Advance made hereunder, which Advance Fee shall be deducted by Investor out of the gross proceeds of the applicable Advance.
