Advance Billings Clause Samples

The Advance Billings clause establishes the right for a party, typically a service provider or supplier, to invoice for goods or services before they are delivered or performed. In practice, this means the client or customer may be required to pay part or all of the contract price upfront, such as at the start of a project or upon signing an agreement.
