ADOT may 22 designate any Person or Persons, including its consultants and independent auditors, to carry out 23 any Oversight on ADOT’s behalf. ADOT will conduct Oversight in accordance with Developer’s 24 safety procedures and manuals, and in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with 25 normal Project construction activity or normal Project operation and maintenance activity. The 26 foregoing shall not be construed to limit ADOT’s Oversight or prevent ADOT from conducting any 27 Oversight that ADOT, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.
