Admission Fee. 2.1 The Admission Fee is payable by the Parents on the signing of this Agreement.
Admission Fee. An Exhibitor must obtain FIFA’s written approval to charge a direct or indirect admission fee for the exhibition of the broadcast coverage of the Competition at a Commercial Public Viewing Event. When applying for their public viewing licence for a Public Viewing Event, an Exhibitor must indicate whether an admission fee is intended to be charged.
Admission Fee. An Exhibitor may NOT charge any direct or indirect admission fee for the exhibition of the broadcast coverage of the Competition at a Non-Commercial Public Viewing Event.
Admission Fee. The User may not charge an admission fee, sell tickets or solicit donations at the Community Center without the express written permission of the City.
Admission Fee. Resident shall pay to the Facility an Admission Fee of $ payable as follows:
Admission Fee. The Admission Fee of 350 euros covers the administrative admissions expenses. It is payable within 7 days once a student is offered a place in the school. This payment together with the payment of the deposit, (clause 3.3), secures the place. It is non-refundable and is not credited towards the first term’s fees.
Admission Fee. Your Admission Fee of $____________________ for one person is paid herewith, and an additional $_____________ if there are two of you, is due at the time you pay the balance of your Entrance Fee. Your Admission Fee will be held in escrow pursuant to the terms of the Admission Fee Escrow Agreement established by us for the Community. A copy of the Admission Fee Escrow Agreement is available for your review upon your request. Your Admission Fee will be released to us as soon as the following events have occurred: (i) the issuance of a final certificate of registration to the Community by the Maryland Office on Aging; (ii) the completion of construction; (iii) the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, or the equivalent, by the appropriate local jurisdiction; and (iv) the issuance of the appropriate licenses or certificates by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene or by the Maryland Office on Aging. We may not provide continuing care until we receive a final certificate of registration from the Maryland Office on Aging. The Maryland Office on Aging shall issue a final certificate of registration when it determines that all of the following conditions have been met: (i) we have been issued a preliminary certificate of registration; (ii) we have filed all required documents with the Maryland Office on Aging; (iii) we have submitted documenta tion which demonstrates that continuing care agreements have been executed for sixty-five percent (65%) of the living units, and a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the total Entrance Fee has been paid for each contracted living unit; and (iv) we have submitted documentation of a commitment for permanent long-term financing and construction financing.
Admission Fee. The Renter is prohibited from using the facilities for events for which an admission is charged, or that are held for-profit, without the written approval of the City. Failure to disclose that an admission was or will be charged shall be grounds for cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Admission Fee. The Museum may charge an admission fee to the extent authorized by state law, provided the Museum must devote the proceeds of admission fees exclusively to the use, maintenance, management, and control of the Museum, the Museum Building and the Museum Site, including, without limitation, the purchase or replacement of instruments, equipment and other devices used or useful in operating the Museum, and the expansion of the Museum’s collection of art objects and other materials.
Admission Fee. The cluster member – with exception of the Nonprofit members – shall pay an Admission fee upon its admission to the Cluster. The amount of the single admission fee is HUF 500.000 that shall be paid to the bank account of the Cluster Management kept for the purposes of the Cluster. The amount of the admission fee does not include the V.A.T. payable in concordance with the current legislation. As for the members not considered as Nonprofit member according to the Cooperation Agreement or the Admission Committee based on the rules set forth in the Cooperation Agreement, but belonging to the non-profit area, not listed separately, the Admission Committee shall determine individually the amount of the admission fee. At the written and reasoned request of the member the Admission Committee is entitled to grant admission fee discount, if the joining member is a company established for less than two years and has operations of an innovative nature (“start-up” company).
