Administrator Duties. The Administrator shall have the discretionary authority to construe the Plan and Trust, other than the provisions which relate to the Trustee, and to do all things necessary or convenient to effect the intent and purposes thereof, whether or not such powers are specifically set forth in the Plan and Trust. Actions taken in good faith by the Administrator shall be conclusive and binding on all interested parties, and shall be given the maximum possible deference allowed by law.
