Common use of Administrative Trustees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Trustees. (a) The initial Administrative Trustees shall be: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ c/o New South Bancshares, Inc. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ c/o New South Bancshares, Inc. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (b) Except as expressly set forth in this Trust Agreement and except if a meeting of the Administrative Trustees is called with respect to any matter over which the Administrative Trustees have power to act, any power of the Administrative Trustees may be exercised by, or with the consent of, any one such Administrative Trustee. (c) Unless otherwise determined by the Administrative Trustees, and except as otherwise required by the Business Trust Act or applicable law, any Administrative Trustee is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust any documents which the Administrative Trustees have the power and authority to cause the Trust to execute pursuant to Section 3.6, provided, that, the registration statement referred to in Section 3.6, including any amendments thereto, shall be signed by all of the Administrative Trustees; and (d) An Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purposes of signing any documents which the Administrative Trustees have power and authority to cause the Trust to execute pursuant to Section 3.6.
