Common use of Administrative Staff Clause in Contracts

Administrative Staff. The Grantee shall maintain a staff sufficient to administer this Agreement and the activities and requirements arising therefrom. All records pertaining to this Agreement shall be kept at the Grantee’s official place of business or at the office of the Grantee’s administrator of this Agreement during the Performance Period. However, at completion of the Project all records shall be in the possession of the Grantee and maintained at the Grantee’s official place of business. All executed contracts for the administration of this Agreement must be submitted to the Department.
