Common use of Administrative Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Administrative Proceedings. The Department shall be responsible for coordinating the litigation and defending the assessment or refund denial in any administrative appeals before the Office of Administrative Hearings or the Director of the Department regardless of who conducted the audit.
