Common use of Administrative Procedures Clause in Contracts

Administrative Procedures. The Company and the Agents hereby agree to the administrative procedures with respect to the sale of Notes set forth in Annex A hereto (the “Procedures”). Each of the Agents and the Company agree to perform their respective duties and obligations as set forth in the Procedures.
