Administrative Procedures Manual. The parties have approved --------------------------------- an administrative procedures manual including procedures for (i) organization and reporting, (ii) correspondence and review, (iii) procurement and contracting, and (iv) accounting, bookkeeping and record-keeping (the "Administrative Procedures Manual"). The Administrative Procedures Manual shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement, subject to such revision and amendment as may be proposed by either party and consented to by the other party in writing.
