Common use of Administrative Oversight Clause in Contracts

Administrative Oversight. Programs and/or services provided under this MOA shall be managed district-wide under the direction of a collaborative team made up of selected staff fromthe HCBOE School Counseling Services Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant to the School Counseling Services Coordinator, Legal counsel to the HCBOE, the Wellstone CEO, and Nova Center thatthe Wellstone School Based Therapy Coordinator. This collaborative team shall have the responsibility for program development, cohesion and direction. This team shall develop any necessary procedures for effective provision of services and shall hold, at a minimum, one meeting during each of the HCBOE grading periods, (targeted for the sixth week of each grading period), in order to assure oversight of the school-based services. The agenda for the meetings of the collaborative team will include, at a minimum (a) a review of caseloads to ensure balance among therapists and schools, (b) a discussion of any barriers to therapy or problems within the schools as report by Nova in-school therapists, (c) a discussion of any barriers to therapy or problems within the schools as reported by HCBOE counselors and/or school administrators, and (d) recurring therapeutic issues among the HCBOE student population, and the intent of these meetings is to assure a routine and consistent review of key elements of the program and services contemplated. This team shall work to strengthen community interagency links with other agencies that provide services designed for the emotional well-being of the students served. The Coordinator of School Counseling Services for HCBOECoordinator, the Principal (or the Principal’s administrator-designee) and the School Counselor [for each HCBOE school being served (for HCBOE),], and the Clinical Director, the Children’s Services Director for Nova Center and the Nova in-school therapist for the HCBOE school being served ([for Nova Center),Wellstone], shall serve as the lead administrators for implementation of programs and services developed within the individual schools under this MOA.
