Administrative Measure. This is the resolution that approves the Final Project Concession, as stipulated in Ministerial Resolution No. 209-2015-MEM / DM. Notwithstanding, the parties acknowledge that the opportunity conduct Prior Consultation will be when Citizen Participation is implemented within the framework of the Environmental Impact Study approval process.
