Administrative Duties. (a) Subject to the direction and control of the Board and in cooperation with the Adviser, Schroder shall provide, or oversee, as applicable, administrative services necessary for the Trust's operations with respect to each Series except those services that are the responsibility of the Adviser or the Series' custodian or transfer agent, all in such manner and to such extent as may be authorized by the Board.
