Administrative Contact. When applying for and registering a domain name with the Company, you will be asked to designate an administrative contact for the domain name (“Administrative Contact”) to confer certain rights to under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, purchasing additional services, transferring the domain name to another registrar where allowable by the applicable Registry, and updating the domain name settings.   • Administrative Accounts In connection with the services provided hereunder, the Custodian is hereby directed to open cash accounts on its books and records from time to time for the purposes of receiving subscriptions and/or processing redemptions on behalf of the Fund and/or for the purposes of aggregating, netting and/or clearing transactions (including, without limitation foreign exchange, repurchase agreements, capital stock activity, expense payment) or other administrative purposes, each on behalf of the Fund (each an “Account”).   • Administrative and Accounting Services The Administrator shall perform or supervise the performance by others of other administrative services in connection with the operations of the Portfolios, and, on behalf of the Trust, will investigate, assist in the selection of and conduct relations with custodians, depositories, accountants, legal counsel, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and persons in any other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable for the Portfolios' operations. The Administrator shall provide the Trustees of the Trust with such reports regarding investment performance and compliance with investment policies and applicable laws, rules and regulations as they may reasonably request but shall have no responsibility for supervising the performance by any investment adviser or sub-adviser of its responsibilities. The Administrator may appoint a sub-administrator to perform certain of the services to be performed by the Administrator hereunder. The Administrator shall provide the Trust with administrative services, regulatory reporting, fund accounting and related portfolio accounting services, all necessary office space, equipment, personnel, compensation and facilities (including facilities for Shareholders' and Trustees' meetings) for handling the affairs of the Portfolios and such other services as the Trustees may, from time to time, reasonably request and the Administrator shall, from time to time, reasonably determine to be necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. In addition, at the request of the Trust's Board of Trustees (the "Trustees"), the Administrator shall make reports to the Trustees concerning the performance of its obligations hereunder. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Administrator shall:

  • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.
