Common use of Administrative Charges Clause in Contracts

Administrative Charges. Unless otherwise provided in a Servicing Supplement, the Servicer shall be entitled to additional servicing compensation with respect to the related Collateral Assets in the form of Administrative Charges to the extent that such amounts are not required for the payment of insurance premiums, taxes, fines or similar charges or other charges required to be paid to Dealers or other third parties allocable to the Leases. The Servicer shall cause the portions of the Administrative Charges representing allocations of taxes to be paid by the related Lessee or the Servicer shall pay all such amounts as are contemplated by the related Lease.
