Common use of Administrative Authority Clause in Contracts

Administrative Authority. The Union recognizes that the Company has the exclusive authority to organize, administer and supervise all of the work for which this Contract is being executed, and therefore it is the Company’s exclusive right to give instructions and orders on how to carry out the plant operation and maintenance work, including all of the technical and administrative specifications that it deems necessary, and therefore the workers are subject to its authority with regard to the work that they do.
