Administrative Agent Notice. Upon, or prior to, taking any of the actions set forth in Section 8.02(a) or (b), the Administrative Agent shall, on behalf of the Required Lenders deliver a notice of Default, Event of Default or acceleration, as applicable, to the Borrower. For the avoidance of doubt, unless a Default or an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Administrative Agent (and each other Secured Party) agrees that it shall not take any of the actions described in this Section 8.02 or bring any other action or proceeding under the Loan Documents or with respect to the Obligations.
