Common use of Administrative Agent Instruction Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Instruction. By its execution hereof, each of the undersigned Lenders, constituting all of the Lenders party to the Credit Agreement, hereby authorizes and directs the Administrative Agent to execute and deliver this Amendment on the date hereof. THERE ARE NO ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
