Common use of Administrative Agent Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fees. The U.S. Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own use and benefit, the fees agreed to between the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Borrower in the BMO Fee Letter, or as otherwise agreed to in writing between them.

Administrative Agent Fees.
