Common use of Administrative Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fee. On the Closing Date and on the first Payment Date occurring in each calendar quarter thereafter, Borrower shall pay the Administrative Agent the sum of $50,000.00 in respect of the Administrative Agent Fee.

Administrative Agent Fee. On Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent (a) on the Closing Date, the amount of $10,000 and (b) after the Closing Date and on an amount equal to the first Payment Date occurring in greater of (i) $2,500 per month or (ii) $2,500 for each calendar quarter thereafter, Borrower shall pay Borrowing Request submitted to the Administrative Agent the sum of $50,000.00 in respect of the Administrative Agent Feeunder this Agreement.
