Common use of Administrative Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22, 1998, a fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance on the first Business Day of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22Agent, 1998for its own account, a an administrative agent's fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 200,000 per month thereafterannum, payable in advance in monthly installments with the first installment due on the first Closing Date (pro-rated for the remainder of the month in which such date falls) and future installments payable on the last Domestic Business Day of each calendar month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of thereafter (for the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereundernext succeeding month).

Administrative Agent Fee. The Effective upon the date that there shall be two or more Syndication Parties hereunder (including the Administrative Agent is such role), Borrower shall be obligated to pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22, 1998, a an annual non-refundable fee ("Administrative Agent Fee") in the amount of $21,000 5,000.00, prorated for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance first such year based on the first Business Day number of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of full months elapsed subsequent to the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderClosing Date.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, an annual nonrefundable administration fee equal to $50,000 (the “Administrative Agent on April 22Fee”), 1998, a such fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable to be paid in advance on the Effective Date and thereafter quarterly in arrears prior to the earlier of the Maturity Date and the date on which the Loans are repaid in full or, if any such date is not a Business Day, on the first Business Day of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, thereafter and all other normal fees payable in the amounts and customary fees at the times separately agreed upon by the Borrower and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderFee Letter.

Administrative Agent Fee. The On the Restatement Date, the Borrower will pay to Administrative Agent for its own account, a closing fee of $2,500 (the “Agent’s Closing Fee”), and on each anniversary thereafter, the Borrower will pay to Administrative Agent for its own account, a fee of $35,000 per year. All fees referenced herein shall pay be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds in Dollars, to the Administrative Agent on April 22Agent. Once paid, 1998, a fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance on the first Business Day of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses none of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderfees shall be refundable under any circumstances.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22Agent, 1998for Administrative Agent’s own account, a an administrative agent fee of $1,667 per month (or partial month, without apportioning, in the amount event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, on a day other than the last day of $21,000 for the period through September 30a month) payable monthly in arrears commencing on November 1, 1998, 2010 and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance on the first Business Day day of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderhereafter.

The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, an annual nonrefundable administration fee equal to $30,000 (the “Administrative Agent on April 22Fee”), 1998, a such fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable to be paid in advance on the Third Amendment Effective Date and thereafter annually in advance prior to the earlier of the Maturity Date and the date on which Loans are repaid in full or, if any such date is not a Business Day, on the first Business Day of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderthereafter.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22, 1998, a an administrative agent fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and 2,500.00 per year. Such administrative agent fee shall be paid in the amount arrears in four (4) equal payments of $3,500 per month thereafter625.00 due on March 15, payable in advance on the first Business Day June 15, September 15 and December 15 of each month commencing year. The first such payment shall be due on October 1December 15, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder.1996

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22Agent, 1998for its individual account, a an annual administrative fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, 30,000. Such fee shall be payable annually in advance (a) on the first Business Day of date hereof and (b) on each month commencing anniversary thereof until the date on October 1, 1998, which the Commitments are terminated and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent facility hereunder is terminated in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderfull.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the ------------------------ Administrative Agent on April 22Agent, 1998for its own account, a loan administration fee (the "Administration Fee"), in the amount of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, 50,000.00) per annum. The Administration Fee shall be due and in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance full on the first Business Day date of this Agreement and on each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses anniversary of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance date of its duties hereunderthis Agreement.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent on April 22, 1998, a an annual administrative fee in the amount of $21,000 for the period through September 3050,000, 1998, due and payable by Borrower in the amount of $3,500 per month thereafter, payable in advance 25,000 installments on the first Business Day June 30 and December 31 of each month commencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunderyear.
