Common use of Administrative Agent and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Affiliates. With respect to the Revolving Loan Commitment and Loans, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers hereunder as any other Lender, and the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates, as the case may be, may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower Parties or any Affiliates of, or Persons doing business with, the Borrower Parties, as if it were not the Administrative Agent or affiliated with the Administrative Agent and without any obligation to account therefor. The Lenders and the Issuing Bank acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates have other lending and investment relationships with the Borrower Parties and their Affiliates and in the future may enter into additional such relationships.

The Lenders and the Issuing Bank acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates affiliates have other lending and investment relationships with the Borrower Parties and their its Subsidiaries and its Affiliates and in the future may enter into additional such relationships.
