Administration and Reserves. (a) From and after the Effective Time, the Fortune Brands Parties will be responsible for the Claims Administration with respect to claims of the Fortune Brands Parties under Shared Policies. The Fortune Brands Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with all of the applicable terms of such policies so as to minimize the risk of loss of coverage thereunder.
