Common use of Administration Agreement Clause in Contracts

Administration Agreement. (a) The Administrator, as agent of the Trust pursuant to Section 3806(b)(7) of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust all documents, reports, filings, instruments and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Trust Agreement Transaction Documents. Pursuant to the Administration Agreement, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator as agent and attorney-in-fact of the Trust to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments and opinions on behalf of the Trust.
