Adjustment to Schedule Clause Samples
The "Adjustment to Schedule" clause allows for modifications to the agreed project timeline under certain circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which either party can request changes to deadlines or milestones, often due to unforeseen events such as delays in material delivery, changes in project scope, or force majeure situations. Its core function is to provide a structured mechanism for managing and documenting changes to the schedule, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of revised expectations.
