Adjustment for Supercompressibility Sample Clauses

Adjustment for Supercompressibility. Adjustment to measured Gas volumes for the effects of supercompressibility shall be made according to accepted AGA standards. Measuring party shall obtain representative relative density, gas composition, carbon dioxide and nitrogen mole fraction values, from the Gas samples obtained for the Gas delivered or received as may be required to compute such adjustments according to standard testing procedures. Equations for the calculation of supercompressibility will be taken from the latest revision of AGA Report No. 8, Compressibility for Natural Gas and Other Hydrocarbon Gases. Each month, the supercompressibility will be calculated using the latest gas analysis and the monthly average of the flowing temperature and pressure.

Adjustment for Supercompressibility. At least quarterly, ----------------------------------- adjustments to measured gas volumes for the effects of supercompressibility shall be made in accordance with accepted AGA standards. Operator shall obtain representative carbon dioxide and nitrogen mole fraction values for the gas delivered or received as may be required to compute such adjustments in accordance with standard testing procedures. If Buyer and Seller mutually agree, equations for the calculation of supercompressibility may be taken from either (I) the AGA Manual for the -------------- Determination of Supercompressibility Factors for Natural Gas, dated ------------------------------------------------------------- December, 1962 (also known as the IINX-19 Manual") or (ii) the AGA Report
Adjustment for Supercompressibility. Adjustment to measured Gas volumes for the effects of supercompressibility shall be made according to the latest revision of AGA report No. 8 “Compressibility and Super Compressibility for natural gas and Other Hydrocarbon gases,” as amended from time to time. The measuring Party shall use an onsite gas chromatograph at each delivery point described Exhibit “A” to obtain representative relative density, gas composition, and heating values of the Gas delivered or received as may be required to compute such adjustments. The supercompressibility will be calculated using the latest Gas analysis, flowing temperature and pressure. When electronic flow measurement is used, the Daily flow data will be calculated using the method set forth in AGA Report No. 8 Detailed Method.
Adjustment for Supercompressibility. Adjustment for the effect of supercompressibility shall be made according to the provisions of AGA Report No. 3 herein, above identified, for the average conditions of pressure, flowing temperature and specific gravity at which the gas was measured during the period under consideration and with the proportionate values of each, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, in the gas delivered included in the computation of the applicable supercompressibility factors. Sellers agree to exercise due diligence in obtaining initial carbon dioxide and nitrogen fraction values and to obtain subsequent values of these components as may be required from time to time. Sellers shall use the AGA analysis method to calculate the applicable supercompressibility factors for gas with diluent content (carbon dioxide or nitrogen) greater than fifteen (15) mol. percent.
Adjustment for Supercompressibility. Adjustments to measured Gas volumes for the effects of supercompressibility will be made in accordance with accepted AGA standards. The Metering Party will obtain representative carbon dioxide and nitrogen mole fraction values for the Gas delivered or received as may be required to compute such adjustments in accordance with standard testing procedures. At the Metering Party’s option, equations for the calculation of supercompressibility may be taken from either the AGA Manual for the Determination of Supercompressibility Factors for Natural Gas, dated December 1962 (also known as the “NX-19 Manual”) or AGA Report No. 8, dated December 1985, Compressibility and Supercompressibility for Natural Gas and Other Hydrocarbon Gases, latest revision.

Adherence to these accessible technology standards is one way to ensure compliance with the College’s underlying legal obligations to ensure that people with disabilities are able to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as their nondisabled peers, with substantially equivalent ease of use; that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any College programs, services, and activities delivered online, as required by Section 504 and the ADA and their implementing regulations; and that they receive effective communication of the College’s programs, services, and activities delivered online.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.
