Adjudication by Expert Sample Clauses

Adjudication by Expert. An Expert appointed under clause 15.1 will: (a) make an adjudication and will notify the parties of that adjudication within ten (10) Business Days of his/her appointment; (b) have regard to the obligations of the parties under this Agreement; and (c) make a determination as to who will pay the costs of the respective parties and the costs of the Expert’s adjudication.
