Common use of Adjoining Property Clause in Contracts

Adjoining Property. To use so much of the Adjoining Property as is reasonably required by the Lessee from time to time to exercise his rights pursuant to Clause 7.15 provided the prior written consent of the Lessor is obtained by the Lessee.
