Adherence to Law. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations, the amendments thereto, and relevant state and local laws, ordinances, regulations and pertinent health and behavioral health accreditation agencies / organizations. The Buyer may modify this Contract to comply with any requirements mandated by federal, state or local law by giving written notice of said modification to the Provider.
