Adherence to House Rules. The employer has established house rules to ensure a safe, inclusive and clean work environment for everyone. To maintain compliance with these house rules, the following punitive and corrective measures are possible (not exhaustive):  reprimand, oral or written;  suspension. If the cause cannot reasonably be attributed to the employer, the suspension is to be without pay;  compensation in cases of gross negligence or negligence;  dismissal;  dismissal for urgent reasons with effect from the date on which the employee is notified of this dismissal (in writing, by e-mail or other internal electronic means of communication), possibly after a prior preliminary suspension.
