Address and Telephone Changes. It is the responsibility of the employee to keep the Employer advised of his/her their current name, address and telephone number. Employees shall notify the Employer, in writing, of any change in their name, address, and telephone number as soon as possible after such change has been made. The Employer shall be entitled to rely upon the employee’s name, address and telephone number as reflected in the Employer’s files for all purposes involving the employee’s employment.
