Additional Utility Work. In addition to the repairs to the existing utilities described in Section 3(d)(i) above, SRL hereby agrees to install (or to cause Residential Developer to install) an 8-inch water line through the Residential Land and to work with City to connect the sanitary sewer system currently in place on the Property to the sewer main that runs through President Street, all as illustrated on Exhibit J attached hereto.
