Additional Terms Governing Users. Additional Users may be added during the License Term for a pre-existing license, prorated for the remainder of the License Term in effect at the time the additional Users are added and all such additional Users’ rights to access and use the Licensed Software shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing licenses. User accounts are for designated Users and shall not be used or shared by more than one User, but may be reassigned to new Users to replace existing Users.
