ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGY OF COLLABORATORS. The parties contemplate that Chiron's biologically-active small molecules and its proprietary molecular diversity technology and other proprietary Chiron compounds other than the Chiron Products may be added to the Collaboration, upon terms to be mutually agreed to by the Collaborators. Similarly, Cephalon and Chiron may from time to time agree in writing to include within the scope of this Agreement any other composition, product or technology of a Collaborator, upon terms to be mutually agreed to by the Collaborators. Unless and until an agreement is executed providing for the addition of technology to the Collaboration, the Collaborator shall be free to develop or dispose of such technology in any manner it sees fit.
